Crowd Dynamics were commissioned to model the circulation of school occupants in two court buildings in Ireland.  The study identified circulation requirements and levels of service, to accommodate different building users including Judiciary, staff, Prison Service, public and witnesses.

Key circulation scenarios and planned building populations were identified working with the fire engineer.  The capacity was tested using static and dynamic modelling techniques.  The study recommendations included changes to planned session changeovers, circulation and egress routes to accommodate highest likely building occupancies.
