Crowd Dynamics has been appointed by Capita Property and Infrastructure Limited to undertake a station capacity assessment on the proposed design for the new Brent Cross Thameslink Station.

The following analyses were undertaken for the proposed design against Network Rail guidance for a design year of 2038:

•    Gatelines
•    Station Footbridge
•    Concourse
•    Station Bridge and Platform Stairs and passageways
•    Platform Lifts and Station Bridge Escalators
•    Platforms
•    Evacuation

Future years 2058 and 2075 were also assessed to highlight the potential impact on station performance in future years.
